Siobhan Kukard
Training and Quality Lead (she/her)
/ sha-VON KOO-kard /

I joined LineIn as a PSC in November 2024 and have since progressed to Duty Shift Leader and, most recently, Training and Quality Lead. With a background of 6 years in teaching, I’m genuinely passionate about developing others and helping our next generation of call handlers grow in skill and confidence.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, swimming, travelling Africa (while on leave of course), or relaxing at home with my cats.

Hi I'm Deni! I started at LineIn back in February 2025 as a Patient Contact Advisor before joining the training team in 2026. I come from a long career in Health and Social Care, starting as a support worker, to HCA, to receptionist, to PCA and now on to Training Co-ordinator, and I am excited to pass on my skills and knowledge to new learners. I have a BAHons in Health and Social Care, and am currently completing a MSc in mental health, HR and Psychological inquiry.

When I'm not at work, I am either painting, gardening, drinking tea, or gaming!

I moved to Italy a few years ago and now mainly do training and audit for LineIn around medical history taking.

I enjoy running, hiking, sewing and creating mosaics.
Kerry Keeble
HR Manager (she/her)
/ KERR-ee KEE-bel /
I joined the Company in October 2025. I am not a trainer as such; however, I jump in from time to time to give brief overview on HR within the business and how I can help you if needed.

I started out in Fashion and Textiles due to my love of colour and creative crafts, people found this intriguing and wanted to learn from me which led me down many different paths but all connected to people and helping people in innovative ways. There is always something to learn about people and how to work with them, deal with them and get the best out of them - this is my approach to HR.
